Returns:
- If you would like to return a whole order or a partial order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. You may be responsible for the shipping cost of said returned items.
Damaged item:
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at babybeanlettuce@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please title the subject line "damaged item" or "incorrect item".
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your order within the 30 days as per the return policy and place a new order.
General Shipping Information:
- As a small business, we strive to get orders out as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Customers will be contacted if this is otherwise and given a time range.
- Shipping can only be done in the USA at this current time.
